SellSF is the brainchild of Iver Hystad, and the culmination of over 15 years in the Real Estate Business. Licensed in 2004, Iver began his career at SC Properties doing residential, investment property and commercial brokerage, as well as leasing, property management, and loans. He later earned significant experience selling luxury homes at Alain Pinel Realtors and Sotheby's International Realty.

Iver has sold properties in nine counties in and around the San Francisco Bay Area, and works primarily by referral.
